Welcomes the adoption by various regional, subregional and other organizations and arrangements of institutional rules designed to prevent situations that threaten democratic institutions, or to implement measures for the collective defence of democracy in the event of a serious disturbance or disruption of the democratic system;

11. Urges the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to invite the views of various regional, subregional and other organizations and arrangements on the role they play in promoting and consolidating democracy, and to report to the Commission on the conclusions resulting therefrom at its fiftyninth session;
11- تحث مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان على استطلاع آراء مختلف المنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية وغيرها من المنظمات والترتيبات عن الدور الذي تضطلع به في تعزيز الديمقراطية وتوطيدها، وتقديم تقرير إلى اللجنة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين عن نتائج هذا الاستطلاع؛

In its resolution 2002/46, the Commission urged the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to invite the views of various regional, subregional and other organizations and arrangements on the role they play in promoting and consolidating democracy, and to report to the Commission on the conclusions resulting therefrom at its fifty-ninth session.
95- وحثت اللجنة، في قرارها 2002/46، مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان على استطلاع آراء مختلف المنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية وغيرها من المنظمات والترتيبات عن الدور الذي تضطلع به في تعزيز الديمقراطية وتوطيدها وتقديم تقرير إلى اللجنة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين عن نتائج هذا الاستطلاع.

1. In its resolution 2003/36, the Commission on Human Rights called upon the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) to invite the views of various regional, subregional and other organizations and arrangements on the role they play in promoting and consolidating democracy, and to report to the Commission on the contributions resulting therefrom at its sixtieth session.
1- طلبت لجنة حقوق الإنسان، في قرارها 2003/36، إلى المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان التماس آراء مختلف المنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية وغيرها من المنظمات والترتيبات بشأن الدور الذي تؤديه في سبيل تعزيز الديمقراطية وتوطيدها، وتقديم تقرير إلى اللجنة في دورتها الستين عن المساهمات الناتجة عن ذلك.
