(b) Transnational corporations and other business enterprises shall not produce or sell weapons that have been declared illegal under international law.

وتمتنع الشركات عبر الوطنية وغيرها من مؤسسات الأعمال عن ممارسة أي نشاط تجاري إذا كان من المعروف أنه يؤدي إلى انتهاكات لحقوق الإنسان أو للقانون الإنساني.

Transnational corporations and other business enterprises shall further refrain from activities that would undermine the rule of law as well as governmental and other efforts to promote and ensure respect for human rights, and shall use their influence in order to help promote and ensure respect for human rights.
كما تمتنع الشركات عبر الوطنية وغيرها من مؤسسات الأعمال عن القيام بأنشطة تقوض سيادة القانون فضلاً عن الجهود الحكومية وغيرها من الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز حقوق الإنسان وكفالة احترامها، وعليها أن تمارس نفوذها بهدف المساعدة على تعزيز احترام حقوق الإنسان وضمانه.

(a) Transnational corporations and other business enterprises shall not use forced or compulsory labour, as forbidden in ILO Conventions Nos. 29 and 105 and other relevant international human rights instruments.

(b) Transnational corporations and other business enterprises shall not employ any person under the age of 18 in any type of work that by its nature or circumstances is hazardous, interferes with the child's education, or is carried out in a way likely to jeopardize the health, safety, or morals of young persons.
(ب) وتمتنع الشركات عبر الوطنية وغيرها من مؤسسات الأعمال عن تشغيل أي شخص يقل عمره عن 18 عاماً في أي نوع من أنواع الأعمال التي تعتبر، نظراً لطبيعتها أو ظروفها، أعمالاً خطيرة أو مخلة بتعليم الطفل، أو تؤدي على نحو يحتمل أن يعرض للخطر صحة الشبان أو سلامتهم أو معنوياتهم.

Transnational corporations and other business enterprises shall not forcibly evict individuals, families and/or communities against their will from their homes and/or land which they occupy without having had recourse to, and access to, appropriate forms of legal or other protection pursuant to international human rights law.
وتمتنع الشركات عبر الوطنية وغيرها من مؤسسات الأعمال عن إخلاء أي أفراد أو أسر و/أو مجتمعات محلية بالإكراه عن بيوتهم و/أو عن الأراضي التي يشغلونها دون تمكينهم من اللجوء إلى الأشكال الملائمة من الحماية القانونية وغيرها من أشكال الحماية وفقاً للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان.

24. We recall the responsibility of transnational corporations and other business enterprises to respect all applicable laws and international principles, including the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights: Implementing the United Nations " Protect, Respect and Remedy " Framework and to operate transparently and in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.

24. We recall the responsibility of transnational corporations and other business enterprises to respect all applicable laws and international principles, including the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and to operate transparently and in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.

(b) Transnational corporations and other business enterprises shall not deduct from a worker's wages already earned as a disciplinary measure, nor shall any deduction from wages be permitted under conditions or to an extent other than as prescribed by national laws or regulations, or fixed by a collective agreement or arbitration award.
