With regard to articles 4, 5 and 6 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party continue its efforts to establish a domestic legal order giving full effect to the provisions of the Convention and to ensure effective and equal access to remedies through the competent national tribunals and other State institutions against any acts of racial discrimination and related intolerance.

All the relevant ministries and other State institutions in the Republic of Macedonia involved in the implementation of the measures imposed by Security Council resolution 1390 (2002) were duly informed of their obligations, in particular the Ministries of the Interior, Defense, Finance and Justice, the National Bank and the State Customs Authority.

According to article 6, " States parties shall assure to everyone within their jurisdiction effective protection and remedies, through the competent national tribunals and other State institutions, against any acts of racial discrimination which violate his human rights and fundamental freedoms contrary to this Convention " .
وتنص المادة 6 من الاتفاقية على ما يلي: " تكفل الدول الأطراف لكل إنسان داخل في ولايتها حق الرجوع إلى المحاكم الوطنية وغيرها من مؤسسات الدولة المختصة لحمايته على نحو فعال بصدد أي عمل من أعمال التمييز العنصري يكون انتهاكاً لما لـه من حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية ويتنافى مع هذه الاتفاقية " .
