The Committee further recommends that the State party ensure that judges, prosecutors, police and other professionals working with child victims and witnesses receive training on child-friendly interaction with victims and witnesses at all stages of the criminal and judicial processes in order to avoid additional traumatization.
وتوصي اللجنة كذلك بأن تضمن الدولة الطرف تلقي القضاة والمدعين العامين وأفراد الشرطة وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ضحايا العنف والشهود عليه تدريباً على التعامل المناسب مع الضحايا والشهود في جميع مراحل الإجراءات الجنائية والقضائية تفادياً للمزيد من المعاناة.

The State party should also ensure that education about child sexual abuse and prevention become a formal part of the curriculum in faculties training teachers and other professionals working with children, as well as for faculties training health professionals, lawyers and police officers.
وينبغي أيضاً أن تضمن الدولة الطرف أن يصبح التثقيف بشأن الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال ومنعه جزءاً رسمياً من المناهج الدراسية في المرافق التي تدرب المدرسين وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال، وكذلك في المرافق التي تدرب ممارسي المهن الصحية والمحامين وضباط الشرطة.

وينبغي أيضاً أن تضمن الدولة الطرف أن يصبح التثقيف بشأن الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال ومنعه جزءاً رسمياً من المناهج الدراسية في المرافق التي تدرب المدرسين وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال، وكذلك في المرافق التي تدرب ممارسي المهن الصحية والمحامين وموظفي الشرطة.

423. The Committee strongly recommends that the State party prohibit corporal punishment in the family, in schools and other institutions and undertake education campaigns to educate families, teachers and other professionals working with and/or for children on alternative ways of disciplining children.
423- وتوصي اللجنة بشدة الدولة الطرف بأن تمنع العقوبة البدنية في الأسرة وفي المدارس وفي المؤسسات الأخرى وأن تنظم حملات لتثقيف الأسر والمدرسين وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال و/أو لصالحهم بشأن السبل البديلة لتأديب الأطفال.

(a) Develop community-based training programmes for parents, teachers, judges and other professionals working with and for children with a view to promoting children's participation in all relevant settings;
(أ) وضع برامج تدريبية بمشاركة المجتمع المحلي لفائدة الآباء والمعلمين والقضاة وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ولصالحهم وذلك من أجل تعزيز مشاركة الأطفال في جميع الأوساط ذات الصلة؛

(b) Develop community-based training programmes for parents, teachers, judges and other professionals working with and for children with a view to promoting children's participation in all relevant settings;
(ب) وضع برامج تدريبية تقوم على المجتمع المحلي للآباء والمعلمين والقضاة وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الطفل ومن أجله بغية تعزيز مساهمة الطفل في جميع الأوساط ذات الصلة؛

(b) Develop community-based skills-training programmes for parents, teachers and other professionals working with and for children, to encourage children to express their informed views and opinions by providing them with proper information and guidance;
(ب) وضع برامج مجتمعية لتدريب الآباء والمعلمين وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم على اكتساب المهارات، وتشجيع الأطفال على الإعراب عن آرائهم عن علم وذلك بتزويدهم بالمعلومات والإرشادات الملائمة؛

12- يرجى تقديم معلومات مستوفاة عن الجهود المبذولة من أجل إتاحة التدريب للأطفال والآباء والمدرِّسين والعاملين الاجتماعيين وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الطفل ومن أجله وتوعيتهم بالاتفاقية وبحقوق الإنسان عموماً.

Judges and other professionals working with children in conflict with the law lack the necessary skills to effectively deal with these children.
ويفتقر القضاة وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال المخالفين للقانون إلى المهارات اللازمة للتعامل مع هؤلاء الأطفال بفعالية().

(c) Ensure that judges, prosecutors, police and other professionals working with child witnesses receive training on child-friendly interaction with victims and witnesses at all stages of the criminal and judicial processes.
(ج) ضمان حصول القضاة والمحققين ورجال الشرطة وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال الشهود على تدريب على التفاعل الودي مع الأطفال الضحايا والشهود في جميع مراحل الإجراءات الجنائية والقضائية.

(b) Conduct regular assessments of the training provided to judges, law enforcement personnel, in particular the police, and other professionals working with and for children to ensure that they can effectively translate their knowledge and skills into practice in order to protect children from the offences covered under the Optional Protocol.
(ب) إجراء تقييمات منتظمة للتدريب المقدم إلى القضاة والموظفين المكلفين بإنفاذ القوانين، ولا سيما الشرطة، وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم بغية كفالة أن تترجم معارفهم ومهاراتهم بشكل فعال إلى واقع ملموس من أجل حماية الأطفال من الجرائم المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري.

17. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen training activities and allocate adequate resources for the development of training programmes on all areas covered in the Optional Protocol for all professional categories involved in its implementation, including judges, the Ombudsman, public prosecutors, police officers, social workers, health-care staff and other professionals working with and for children, and the media.
17- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تُعزّز أنشطة التدريب وتُخصّص ما يكفي من الموارد لوضع برامج تدريبية في جميع المجالات التي يشملها البروتوكول الاختياري لجميع الفئات المهنية المعنية بتنفيذه، بما في ذلك القضاة وأمين المظالم والمدعون العامون وأفراد الشرطة والمرشدون الاجتماعيون وموظفو الرعاية الصحية، وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم، ووسائط الإعلام.

BA suggested that education about child sexual abuse and prevention should become a formal part of the curriculum in faculties training teachers and other professionals working with children, as well as for faculties training health professionals, lawyers and police officers.
واقترحت بلات أفرام أن يصبح التثقيف بشأن الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال والوقاية منه جزءاً رسمياً من المنهاج في الكليات التي تدرب المدرسين وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال، وكذلك للكليات التي تدرب المشتغلين بالمهن الصحية، والمحامين، وضباط الشرطة(44).

206. Although the State party is undertaking some training of police officers and other professionals working with children to promote respect for children's rights, the Committee is deeply concerned at the numerous reports of torture, serious illtreatment and sexual abuse of children, including children belonging to religious or other minority groups, by police officers in detention facilities and other State institutions.
206- على الرغم من أن الدولة الطرف توفر بعض التدريب لضباط الشرطة وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال بهدف تعزيز احترام حقوق الطفل، فإن اللجنة تشعر ببالغ القلق إزاء التقارير العديدة التي تصلها عما يتعرض لـه الأطفال من تعذيب ومعاملة شديدة السوء واعتداء جنسي، بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون إلى الأقليات الدينية أو إلى غيرها من الأقليات، على يد أفراد الشرطة في مراكز الاحتجاز وغير ذلك من المؤسسات الحكومية.

410. The Committee recommends that the State party take effective measures to enforce the ban on corporal punishment in schools and other institutions; to prohibit the use of violence against children, including corporal punishment, by parents and other caregivers; and to undertake campaigns to educate families, teachers, and other professionals working with and for children on alternative ways of disciplining children.
410- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف تدابير فعالة لتنفيذ الحظر المفروض على العقوبة البدنية في المدارس والمؤسسات الأخرى؛ ولحظر استخدام العنف ضد الأطفال، بما في ذلك العقوبة البدنية، من جانب الوالدين وغيرهم من الجهات الراعية للأطفال؛ وتنظيم حملات لتثقيف الأسر والمدرسين وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ولصالحهم بالطرق البديلة لتأديب الأطفال.

22. While noting that the Academy for Judges and Prosecutors, established in 2007, offers training on international law, including human rights and the Convention, the Committee is concerned that such training reaches only a very small number of judges and prosecutors and other professionals working with or for children.
22- بينما تلاحظ اللجنة أن أكاديمية القضاة والمدَّعين العامِّين، التي أنشئِت في عام 2007، تقدِّم التدريب في مجال القانون الدولي، بما يشمل حقوق الإنسان والاتفاقية، فإنها تشعر بالقلق لأن هذا التدريب لا يصل إلا إلى عدد قليل جداً من القضاة والمدَّعين العامِّين وغيرهم من المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم.
