13.1 The Contractor shall carry out exploration in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract, the Regulations, Part XI of the Convention, the Agreement and other rules of international law not incompatible with the Convention.
التعهدات 13-1 ينفذ المتعاقد عملية الاستكشاف وفقا لشروط وأحكام هذا العقد والنظام والجزء الحادي عشر من الاتفاقية والاتفاق، وغير ذلك من قواعد القانون الدولي التي لا تتعارض مع الاتفاقية.

1. In conformity with the Charter of the United Nations, the rules of International Humanitarian Law and other rules of international law applicable to them, the High Contracting Parties agree to:
1- وفقاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي وغير ذلك من قواعد القانون الدولي المنطبقة عليها، توافق الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية على ما يلي:

1. In conformity with the Charter of the United Nations, the rules of International Humanitarian Law and other rules of international law applicable to them, the High Contracting Parties agree to:
1- توافق الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية، وفقاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي وغير ذلك من قواعد القانون الدولي المنطبقة عليها، على:

1. In conformity with the Charter of the United Nations, the rules of International Humanitarian Law and other rules of international law applicable to them, the High Contracting Parties agree to comply with the obligations specified in this Protocol, both individually and in co-operation with other High Contracting Parties, to address the humanitarian impact caused by cluster munitions.
1- تتفق الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية، وفقاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي وغير ذلك من قواعد القانون الدولي المنطبقة عليها، على الامتثال للالتزامات المنصوص عليها في هذا البروتوكول، منفردة وبالتعاون مع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية الأخرى، من أجل التصدي للأثر الإنساني الذي تتسبب فيه الذخائر العنقودية.
