114. In relation to draft article 4, her delegation noted that the text did not emphasize the temporal scope of immunity, although it implicitly included it through the use of the word " only " in paragraph 1 of the draft article.

In that respect, her delegation noted with satisfaction the reference in the draft report of the Third United Nations Conference on the Exploration and Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UNISPACE III) to plans for the expansion of international cooperation in remote sensing and the launching for such purposes of 20 new satellites.
وفي هذا الصدد، قالت إن وفدها يلاحظ مع الارتياح اﻹشارة الواردة في مشروع تقرير مؤتمر يونسبيس الثالث الى خطط توسيع التعاون الدولي في مجال الاستشعار من بعد وإطلاق ٢٠ ساتلا جديدا لهذه اﻷغراض.

Moreover, her delegation noted with concern the increase in new, restrictive legislation regulating the establishment and functioning of non-governmental organizations, which impeded their ability to conduct their work.
ثم إن وفدها يلاحظ مع القلق الزيادة في التشريعات الجديدة التقييدية التي تنظم إنشاء وتشغيل المنظمات غير الحكومية التي تعوق قدرتها على الاضطلاع بعملها.

102. Her delegation noted with satisfaction that the next session would include an item on children and poverty, motivating her Government to continue its traditional sponsorship of the draft resolution at the sixty-first session.
102- وقالت إن وفدها يلاحظ مع التقدير أن الدورة القادمة ستشمل بنداً في جدول الأعمال يتعلق بالأطفال والفقر، مما يحفز حكومتها على مواصلة تقديمها التقليدي لمشروع القرار في الدورة الحادية والستين.

Her delegation noted the progress made by the Ad Hoc Committee on a Comprehensive and Integral International Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Rights and Dignity of Persons with Disabilities, and urged that the work be completed as soon as possible.
ختاما، قالت إن وفدها يلاحظ التقدم المحرز في اللجنة المخصصة لوضع اتفاقية شاملة ومتكاملة لحماية وتعزيز حقوق المعوقين وكرامتهم، وتحث على إتمام العمل في أقرب وقت ممكن.

34. Her delegation noted with concern the lack of progress in meeting the gender-balance targets of United Nations organizations and encouraged them to accelerate progress towards achieving such a balance.
34 - وقالت إن وفدها يلاحظ مع القلق انعدام التقدم نحو تحقيق أهداف التوازن بين الجنسين في مؤسسات الأمم المتحدة ويشجع هذه المؤسسات على الإسراع بخطى التقدُّم نحو تحقيق هذا التوازن.

In that regard, her delegation noted with regret the uncontrolled use of the media and the Internet to advocate the supremacy of certain races or ethnic groups and to disseminate ideas which, by attacking the principle of the equality of all human beings, constituted abuse of the right to freedom of expression.
وذكرت في هذا الصدد أن وفدها يلاحظ مع اﻷسف استخدام وسائل اﻹعلام واﻹنترنت دون رقيب في الدعوة الى تفوق بعض اﻷجناس أو الجماعات اﻹثنية وفي نشر اﻷفكار التي تهاجم مبدأ المساواة بين جميع البشر وتمثل من ثم سوء استعمال لحق حرية التعبير.
