Of course, it is not the intention of my delegation to suggest that the question of reform be taken up by the First Committee, but the time saved could perhaps be useful for small delegations to attend the meetings that will be convened by the President of the General Assembly to address the questions of reform proposed by the Secretary-General.
وبالطبع، لا ينوي وفد بلدي أن يقترح أن تنظر اللجنة اﻷولى في مسألة اﻹصلاح، لكن الوقت المدخر ربما يكون مفيدا للوفود الصغيرة لحضور الاجتماعات التي سيعقدها رئيس الجمعية العامة لتناول مسألة مقترحات اﻹصلاح التي تقدم بها اﻷمين العام.

Having said that, my delegation would like to stress that it takes the complaint brought forward by the Cuban delegation very seriously.
