In that connection, the useful proposal submitted by Sierra Leone on the establishment of a dispute settlement service would help to clarify the role such a mechanism could play under the provisions of the Charter while avoiding duplication of the measures contained in the Model Rules.
وأضاف في هذا الصدد أن الاقتراح المفيد الذي تقدمت به سيراليون بشأن إنشاء آلية، لتسوية المنازعات سيساعد على توضيح الدور الذي يمكن لهذه اﻵلية القيام به وفقا ﻷحكام الميثاق مع عدم تكرار التدابير الواردة في القواعد النموذجية.
