The Committee urges the State party to take all necessary measures to expedite the creation of the long-awaited National Human Rights Commission which should be an independent institution in accordance with the international principles relating to the development of independent, broadly based and pluralistic national institutions for the promotion and protection of human rights.
٧ - وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تتخذ جميع التدابير اللازمة للتعجيل بإنشاء اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق اﻹنسان التي طال انتظارها، والتي ينبغي أن تكون مؤسسة مستقلة وفقا للمبادئ الدولية المتصلة بإنشاء مؤسسات وطنية مستقلة ذات قاعدة عريضة وتعددية من أجل تعزيز حقوق اﻹنسان وحمايتها.
