A State Party whose law so permits, in case it uses this Convention as the basis for extradition, shall not consider any of the offences established in accordance with this Convention to be a political offence.
ولا يجوز للدولة الطرف التي يسمح قانونها بذلك أن تعتبر أيا من الأفعال المجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية جرما سياسيا اذا ما اتخذت هذه الاتفاقية أساسا للتسليم.

Each State Party shall also consider taking such measures as may be necessary to permit its competent authorities to share that information with the competent authorities in other States Parties when necessary to investigate, claim and recover proceeds of offences established in accordance with this Convention.
وتنظر كل دولة طرف أيضا في اتخاذ ما قد يلزم من تدابير للسماح لسلطاتها المختصة بتقاسم تلك المعلومات مع السلطات المختصة في الدول الأطراف الأخرى، عندما يكون ذلك ضروريا للتحقيق في العائدات المتأتية من أفعال مجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية والمطالبة بها واستردادها.

All obligations following the Danish ratification of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) are fully enacted in Danish law in Act no. 443 of 14 June 1994 (with later changes) about inspections, declarations and control according to the CWC, as well as in secondary legislation (Executive Order no. 235 of 30 March 2004).
لقد أُقرت في القانون الدانمركي رقم 443 الصادر في 14 حزيران/يونيه 1994 (مع إدخال تعديلات عليه لاحقا) وفي القانون الثانوي (الأمر التنفيذي رقم 253 الصادر في 30 آذار/مارس 2004) جميع الواجبات التي استتبعها على الدانمرك تصديقها على اتفاقية الأسلحة الكيميائية في مجالات التفتيش والإعلانات والمراقبة التي تنفذ وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية.
