30. with respect to the draft articles on the expulsion of aliens, his delegation considered that the codification of the human rights of persons who had been or were being expelled was useful, provided that such codification was guided by the principle of comprehensive protection of the human rights of the person in question, and did not infringe on the sovereignty of States.

7. with regard to the draft articles on responsibility of international organizations provisionally adopted by the Commission, since the articles on responsibility of States for internationally wrongful acts did not address the responsibility of a State in connection with the wrongful act of an international organization, his delegation supported the Commission's efforts to fill that gap.

8. with regard to the draft articles on responsibility of international organizations, his delegation had in the past sounded a note of caution about assuming that the circumstances precluding wrongfulness applicable to States were equally applicable to international organizations.

International organizations were not all conceptually similar and rules that were well suited for large organizations were not always suitable for smaller or regional ones.
