Law No. 10/2001 of 21 May determines that the Government must submit to Parliament, by the end of each legislative session, a report on the progress of equal opportunities between women and men in work, employment and vocational training for consideration by the Assembly at a session to be held in the presence of Government.
66 - وينص القانون رقم 10/2001 المؤرخ 21 أيار/مايو على أن تقدم الحكومة إلى البرلمان، بحلول نهاية كل دورة تشريعية، تقريراً عن التقدم المحرز على صعيد تكافؤ الفرص بين المرأة والرجل في العمل وفي الوظيفة وفي التدريب المهني لتنظر فيه الجمعية البرلمانية في جلسة تُعقد بحضور الحكومة.

This small proportion is due to the underrepresentation of women in the school system and in vocational training.
وتعزى ضآلة النسبة إلى تمثيل النساء تمثيلاً ناقصاً في النظام المدرسي وفي التدريب المهني.

١٤ - واعتمد القرار رقم ٥٩/٩٨ الصادر عن مجلس الوزراء في ٦ آيار/ مايو الخطة الوطنية للتوظيف التي تشمل صكوكا جديدة ترمي إلى تعزيز تكافؤ الفرص بين الرجل والمرأة في العمل، وفي مكان العمل وفي التدريب المهني.

Women have the same right as men to receive vocational training and retraining as well as advanced vocational training and recurrent training.
وللمرأة نفس الحق الذي يتمتع به الرجل في الحصول على التدريب المهني وإعادة التدريب وفي التدريب المهني المتقدم والتدريب المتكرر.
