وعلى سبيل المثال: (أ) يمكن وصف مسألة في دولة ما على أنها مسألة أولوية وفي دولة أخرى على أنها مسألة إنفاذ؛ و(ب) يمكن أن تؤثّر الأولوية على مسائل الإنفاذ من قبيل تحديد ماهية الجهة التي لها الحق في تولي الإنفاذ وتوزيع عائدات البيع والحقوق التي يكتسبها المنقول إليه في بيع يتم خارج القضاء.
