103 - وفي ضوء ما ورد أعلاه وبالنظر إلى عزم الأمين العام إعطاء أولوية لحل الأزمة الصومالية، ينبغي تقوية هيكل مكتب الأمم المتحدة السياسي للصومال بحيث يتضمن فريقا قويا للوساطة/التيسير لتنظيم ومتابعة المباحثات السياسية والنظر في الجوانب القانونية المرتبطة بحل النزاع والإصلاحات الدستورية.
