73. his delegation urged the Secretary-General to expedite the early conclusion of cost-sharing agreements with the funds and programmes and noted that the General Assembly had approved the cost-sharing arrangement for the new system of administration of justice on the basis of headcount rather than on the basis of actual cases disposed of, as proposed by the funds and programmes.
73 - وقال إن وفد بلده يحث الأمين العام على الإسراع بإبرام اتفاقات تقاسم التكاليف مع الصناديق والبرامج، وأشار إلى أن الجمعية العامة قد وافقت على ترتيبات تقاسم التكاليف بالنسبة للنظام الجديد لإقامة العدل على أساس عدد الموظفين وليس على أساس العدد الفعلي للقضايا التي جرى البتّ فيها، وفقا لما اقترحته الصناديق والبرامج.

51. his delegation encouraged developed countries to fulfil their ODA commitments, particularly those made to sub-Saharan Africa and the least developed countries, and to ensure that they were sustainable and predictable.
