Turning to article 6, she said that the Government had ratified the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children and promoted the adoption of Act 985 of 2005, on measures to combat trafficking in persons and norms for the care and protection of its victims.
7- وانتقلت إلى الكلام في المادة 6، فقالت إن الحكومة صدَّقت على البروتوكول الهادف إلى منع وقمع ومعاقبة الاتِّجار بالأشخاص وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه، وشجَّعت على اعتماد القانون 985 لعام 2005، المتعلق بتدابير مكافحة الاتِّجار بالأشخاص وقواعد العناية بضحاياه وحمايتهم.
