وبعد أن منحنا مركز المراقب خلال الدورة الثامنة والأربعين للجمعية العامة، نجد جهودنا المشتركة مع شتى وكالات الأمم المتحدة المتخصصة وبرامجها خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية قد أسهمت إسهاما كبيرا في تعزيز الهدف المتمثل في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية الشاملة في منطقة منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي.

The report also shows how the growing commitment on the part of United Nations specialized agencies and programmes to integrate human rights in policies and programmes has been translated into action.

It also requested OHCHR to collect the views and comments of all Member States, all relevant United Nations special agencies and programmes and all other relevant stakeholders on the good practices of anti-discriminatory policies and strategies set out in the preliminary study, so that the Advisory Committee could take them into account for the conclusion of the study.
وطلب المجلس إلى مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تجمع آراء وتعليقات جميع الدول الأعضاء، وجميع وكالات الأمم المتحدة المتخصصة وبرامجها المعنية بالموضوع، وسائر الجهات المعنية صاحبة المصلحة، بشأن الممارسات الجيدة في مجال سياسات واستراتيجيات مكافحة التمييز المبيَّنة في الدراسة الأولية، حتى يتسنى للجنة الاستشارية وضعها في الاعتبار من أجل إتمام الدراسة.

20. The involvement of six treaty bodies, a Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights, an expert of the SubCommission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights, as well as United Nations specialized agencies and programmes, and others, represents a renewed spirit of cooperation within the United Nations human rights system.
20- إن مشاركة ست هيئات من هيئات رصد المعاهدات، ومقرر خاص للجنة حقوق الإنسان، وخبير من اللجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان، وكذلك وكالات الأمم المتحدة المتخصصة وبرامجها وغيرها من الكيانات تمثل روحا متجدّدة للتعاون داخل منظومة الأمم المتحدة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان.

That is why the European Union -- as it had stressed at the second Conference on facilitating the entry into force of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT), held in November last -- welcomes the adoption of a partnership agreement between the Preparatory Commission for the Treaty and the United Nations as well as the conclusion of cooperation agreements with the United Nations specialized agencies and programmes.

46. In resolution 16/27, the Human Rights Council also requested OHCHR to collect the views and comments of all Member States, all relevant United Nations special agencies and programmes, in particular FAO, and all other relevant stakeholders on the preliminary study, in order that the Advisory Committee may take them into account in the preparation of the final study to be presented to the Council at its nineteenth session.
46- وطلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان إلى المفوضية السامية، في قراره 16/27، أن تجمع آراء وتعليقات جميع الدول الأعضاء وجميع وكالات الأمم المتحدة المتخصصة وبرامجها المعنية بالموضوع، وبخاصة منظمة الأغذية والزراعة (الفاو)، وسائر الجهات المعنية صاحبة المصلحة، بشأن الدراسة الأولية، حتى يتسنى للجنة الاستشارية وضعها في الاعتبار لدى إعداد الدراسة النهائية التي ستُقدم إلى المجلس في دورته التاسعة عشرة.
