In each of the five ICP regions -- Africa, Asia and the Pacific, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Latin America and Western Asia -- regional coordinating agencies have mobilized appropriate staff, funding and other resources to implement and monitor the Programme at the regional level.
