7. Encourages Member States of UNIDO, as well as donor countries and others who have pledged to financially contribute to the reconstruction of these countries, particularly during the conferences held at Tokyo and Madrid in January 2002 and October 2003 respectively, to assist in the implementation of UNIDO projects;
7- يشجّع الدول الأعضاء في اليونيدو، وكذلك البلدان المانحة والجهات الأخرى التي تعهدت بأن تسهم ماليا في إعادة إعمار البلدان المتأثرة، وخصوصا أثناء المؤتمرين اللذين عقدا في طوكيو ومدريد في كانون الثاني/يناير 2002 وتشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003، على التوالي، على أن تساعد على تنفيذ مشاريع اليونيدو؛

I would like also to acknowledge the work of the United Nations country team and the humanitarian community, who continue to work to save lives under difficult conditions, as well as donor countries and multilateral and nongovernmental organizations that are providing much-needed support in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
وأود أيضا أن أنوه بعمل فريق الأمم المتحدة القطري والعاملين في مجال المساعدة الإنسانية، الذين يواصلون العمل من أجل إنقاذ أرواح الناس في ظل ظروف صعبة، وكذلك البلدان المانحة والمنظمات المتعددة الأطراف والمنظمات غير الحكومية التي تقدم الدعم الذي تمس الحاجة إليه في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية.

Invites Governments as well as donor countries, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and international, regional and non-governmental organizations to consider the recommendations of the Special Rapporteur on the issue of trafficking, in particular on the need for greater allocation of resources and better coordination of programmes and activities in tackling this problem;
3- تدعو الحكومات وكذلك البلدان المانحة ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية وغير الحكومية إلى النظر في توصيات المقررة الخاصة المتعلقة بقضية الاتجار، وخاصة ضرورة زيادة اعتمادات الموارد وتحسين تنسيق البرامج والأنشطة لدى معالجة هذه المشكلة؛

3. Invites Governments as well as donors, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and international, regional and nongovernmental organizations to consider the need for comprehensive antitrafficking strategies, greater allocation of resources and better coordination of programmes and activities in tackling the problem of trafficking in persons, particularly women and girls;
3- تدعو الحكومات وكذلك البلدان المانحة ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية وغير الحكومية إلى النظر في ضرورة وضع استراتيجيات شاملة لمكافحة الاتجار بالأشخاص وضرورة زيادة اعتمادات الموارد وتحسين تنسيق البرامج والأنشطة لدى معالجة مشكلة الاتجار بالأشخاص، وخاصة النساء والفتيات؛

Viet Nam appreciated the cooperation of the UNIDO office in Viet Nam and the donor countries and hoped that such cooperation would be further strengthened in the future.
وقال إن فييت نام تقدر تعاون مكتب اليونيدو الموجود فيها وكذلك البلدان المانحة وتأمل في أن يزداد توطد هذا التعاون مستقبلا.

4. Calls upon the specialized bodies and agencies of the United Nations, as well as donor countries and any other international institutions present in the country, to assist the Government of Equatorial Guinea in strengthening those national institutions that promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms;
4- تطلب إلى هيئات ووكالات الأمم المتحدة المتخصصة وكذلك البلدان المانحة وأي مؤسسات دولية أخرى موجودة في البلد أن تقدم المساعدة إلى حكومة غينيا الاستوائية للقيام بتدعيم المؤسسات الوطنية التي تعمل على تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية؛

The Committee considers that its seminars on economic and social issues confronting the Palestinian people in the occupied territory have been particularly useful in bringing together experts in the relevant fields, including Palestinians and Israelis as well as donor countries, United Nations departments, agencies and organizations, and non-governmental organizations active in the field.
وترى اللجنة أن الحلقات الدراسية التي عقدتها بشأن القضايا الاقتصاديـــة والاجتماعية التي تواجه الشعب الفلسطيني في اﻷراضي المحتلة كانت مفيدة بوجه خاص من حيث أنها جمعـــت علـى صعيد واحد بين الخبراء في الميادين ذات الصلة بمن فيهم الفلسطينيون واﻹسرائيليون، وكذلك البلدان المانحة وإدارات اﻷمم المتحدة، ووكالاتها ومؤسساتها، والمنظمات غير الحكومية التي تعمل في الميدان.

(m) Calls upon Somali authorities to establish independent human rights institutions for the protection and promotion of human rights and encourages technical assistance and financial support from the United Nations agencies as well as donor countries;
(م) يطلب إلى السلطات الصومالية إنشاء مؤسسات مستقلة لحقوق الإنسان بهدف حماية حقوق الإنسان وتعزيزها، ويشجع وكالات الأمم المتحدة وكذلك البلدان المانحة على تقديم المساعدة التقنية والدعم المالي في هذا المجال؛

١٢٠ - وترى اللجنة أن الحلقات الدراسية التي عقدتها بشأن القضايا الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تواجه الشعب الفلسطيني في اﻷراضي المحتلة كانت مفيدة بوجه خاص في الجمع بين الخبراء في الميادين ذات الصلة، بمن فيهم الفلسطينيون والاسرائيليون، وكذلك البلدان المانحة وإدارات اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها ومؤسساتها، والمنظمات غير الحكومية التي تعمل في الميدان وغيرها، وسوف تواصل اللجنة جهودها في هذا السبيل.
