وترفض الحركة تطبيق هذه الإجراءات والتدابير كأدوات للضغط السياسي أو الاقتصادي على أي بلد، ولا سيما على البلدان النامية.

3. Condemns the continued unilateral application and enforcement by certain powers of such measures as tools of political or economic pressure against any country, particularly against developing countries, with a view to preventing these countries from exercising their right to decide, of their own free will, their own political, economic and social systems;
3- يُدين استمرار بعض القوى في تطبيق هذه التدابير وفرضها بالقوة من جانب واحد باعتبارها أدوات للضغط السياسي أو الاقتصادي على أي بلد، ولا سيما على البلدان النامية بهدف منع هذه البلدان من ممارسة حقها في أن تقرر، بمحض إرادتها، النُظُم السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية الخاصة بها؛

53. The Commission recommends that Governments and relevant international organizations undertake national and regional studies of environmental, social and economic trends and damage from present patterns of consumption and production to assess their sustainability and their repercussions on other countries, particularly developing countries, and on the world economy.
٣٥ - وتوصي اللجنة بأن تضطلع الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة بدراسات وطنية وإقليمية للاتجاهات البيئية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية وللضرر الناجم عن أنماط الاستهلاك والانتاج الحالية بهدف تقييم مدى استدامتها وعواقبها على البلدان اﻷخرى، ولا سيما على البلدان النامية وعلى الاقتصاد العالمي.

Subsidy reductions should take full account of the specific conditions and the different levels of development of individual countries and should consider potentially regressive impacts, particularly on developing countries.
وينبغي أن يأخذ خفض اﻹعانات في الاعتبار تماما الظروف المحددة ومستويات التنمية المختلفة لفرادى البلدان، وأن ينظر في الآثار الارتدادية المحتملة، ولا سيما على البلدان النامية.

2. Rejects unilateral coercive measures with all their extraterritorial effects as tools for political or economic pressure against any country, in particular against developing countries, because of their negative effects on the realization of all the human rights of vast sectors of their populations, in particular children, women and the elderly;
٢ - ترفض تطبيق التدابير القسرية من جانب واحد بكل ما لها من آثار خارج نطاق الحدود اﻹقليمية كأدوات للضغط السياسي أو الاقتصادي على أي بلد، ولا سيما على البلدان النامية بسبب آثارها السلبية على إعمال كافة حقوق اﻹنسان لشرائح عريضة من سكان هذه البلدان وبصفة خاصة اﻷطفال والنساء والمسنون؛

The text of paragraph 3 should be deleted and replaced with " Condemns the inclusion of Member States in unilateral lists under false pretexts which are contrary to international law and the United Nations Charter, including false allegations of terrorism sponsorship, considering such lists as instruments for political or economic pressure against Member States, particularly developing countries " .
فينبغي حذف نص الفقرة 3 والاستعاضة عنه بالنص التالي: " تدين إدراج دول أعضاء في قوائم معدة من جانب واحد بموجب ذرائع كاذبة تتنافى مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، بما يشمل المزاعم الكاذبة برعايتها للإرهاب، باعتبار تلك القوائم أدوات تستخدم للضغط السياسي أو الاقتصادي على الدول الأعضاء، ولا سيما على البلدان النامية " .
