وفي هذا السياق نرى من الماسب أن يشتمل أيضا الاتفاق بشأن توسيع مجلس اﻷمن نصا على إعادة النظر في أي ترتيبات جديدة بعد مضي ١٠ سنوات، ﻷن إعادة النظر تلك تتيح لبلدان كاستراليا مثلا ولجميع أعضاء المجتمـع الدولـي فرصــة أكبــر لدراسـة حجـم المجلس وتشكيله وأساليب عمله بغية ضمان تمشيه مع الواقع المعاصر.
