وإذ تؤكد أن تنفيذ القرارات التي تحدد الترتيبات اللغوية المتعلقة باللغات الرسمية للأمم المتحدة ولغتي العمل في الأمانة العامة على نحو تام أمر ضروري لكفالة فعالية الجمعية العامة وكفاءتها وشمولها للجميع،

In that resolution, the General Assembly stressed the need to ensure adequate human and financial resources for maintaining the teaching at all levels, of the official and working languages of the Secretariat.
فقد شددت الجمعية العامة على ضرورة تأمين الموارد البشرية والمالية الكافية لمواصلة تعليم اللغات الرسمية ولغتي العمل في اﻷمانة العامة على جميع المستويات.

13. In connection with training, several delegations recalled General Assembly resolution 50/11 of 2 November 1995 on multilingualism, in which the Assembly stressed the need to ensure adequate human and financial resources for maintaining the teaching, at all levels, of the official and working languages of the Secretariat.
٣١ - وفيما يتصل بالتدريب، ذكﱠرت عدة وفود بقرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/١١ المؤرخ ٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٥ بشأن تعدد اللغات، الذي شدد على ضرورة تأمين الموارد البشرية والمالية الكافية لمواصلة تعليم اللغات الرسمية ولغتي العمل في اﻷمانة العامة على جميع المستويات.
