39. In line with decision 3/COP.8 which requires the subsidiary bodies and Convention institutions to provide costed two-year work programmes, general costing estimates for carrying out the work programmes are presented in these documents.
39- وتمشياً مع المقرر 3/م أ-8 الذي يطلب إلى الهيئات الفرعية ومؤسسات الاتفاقية تقديم برامج عمل لفترة سنتين محددة التكاليف، وترد في هذه الوثائق التقديرات العامة لكلفة إنجاز برامج العمل.

107. Some Parties suggested that following the results-based approach, subsidiary bodies and Convention institutions include consideration of these recommendations in their respective 2012 - 2013 costed work programmes, with a view to providing the required assistance to affected country Parties in accordance with their respective mandates.

36. The multi-year work plans and two-year work programmes of the subsidiary bodies and Convention institutions are constructed around the five operational objectives and the respective outcome areas under each objective, as defined in The Strategy, in accordance with their mandates.
36- تتمحور خطط العمل المتعددة السنوات وبرامج العمل لفترة سنتين التي تضعها الهيئات الفرعية ومؤسسات الاتفاقية حول الأهداف التنفيذية الخمسة ومجالات النتائج في إطار كل هدف، كما تم تحديدها في الاستراتيجية، ووفقاً لولاية كل منها.

Development partners and Convention institutions are invited to intensify their support for facilitating synergistic mechanisms in affected country Parties;

73. 4. Invites Parties and the Convention's institutions to further analyse the reasons for the slow implementation rate of the national action programme alignment process and to propose corrective measures for consideration by the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention at its eleventh session;
4- يدعو الأطراف ومؤسسات الاتفاقية إلى مواصلة تحليل الأسباب الكامنة وراء ضعف معدل التنفيذ ذي الصلة بعملية مواءمة برامج العمل الوطنية، واقتراح تدابير تصحيحية تنظر فيها لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية في دورتها الحادية عشرة؛

Following a results-based framework, the CRIC may wish to provide actionable guidance to Parties and institutions of the Convention in order to allow follow-up on targeted recommendations to be put forward to the Conference of the Parties (COP) for its consideration.
وقد ترغب لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية، وفقاً لإطار يرتكز على النتائج، في أن تقدم توجيهات عملية إلى الأطراف في الاتفاقية ومؤسسات الاتفاقية من أجل إتاحة متابعة التوصيات التي ستقدم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف للنظر فيها.
