30. Sexual and gender-based violence, encompassing rape, attempted rape, sexual harassment and exploitation, female genital mutilation, early and forced marriages, undesired/early pregnancies with associated mistreatment, as well as other gender-based violence against women and girls, continued to be a widespread phenomenon in Chad.
