The rate of implementation in 2012 was partly affected by the restructuring process, delays in receiving some donor funds and decisions adopted by the Governing Council on experimental reimbursable seeding operations and the slum Upgrading Facility, which meant that some of the planned outputs had to be cancelled.
ومعدل التنفيذ في عام 2012 تأثّر جزئياً بعملية إعادة الهيكلة، والتأخيرات في استلام بعض أموال الجهات المانحة، والمقررات التي اتخذها مجلس الإدارة بشأن العمليات التجريبية للتمويل الأولي الواجب السداد ومرفق تحسين أحوال الأحياء الفقيرة، وهو ما كان معناه ضرورة إلغاء بعض النواتج المقررة.

The Foundation will be anchored institutionally within the Human Settlements Financing Division and will draw upon the innovations of its Water and Sanitation Trust Fund and the Slum Upgrading Facility recently co-located in the Division.

This projected increase in Foundation contributions is mainly due to the expansion of such existing trust funds as the Trust Fund for Water and Sanitation, the Trust Fund for the Special Human Settlements Programme for the Palestinian People and the Slum Upgrading Facility.
وترجع هذه الزيادة المرتقبة في مساهمات المؤسسة بالدرجة الأولى إلى التوسع في الصناديق الاستئمانية القائمة مثل الصندوق الاستئماني للمياه والتصحاح والصندوق الاستئماني لبرنامج المستوطنات البشرية الخاص للشعب الفلسطيني ومرفق تحسين الأحياء الفقيرة.

The projected increase to US $33.9 million per annum is considered realistic in view of the expected continued expansion of the Trust Fund for Water and Sanitation, the Slum Upgrading Facility, and the Trust Fund for the Special Human Settlements Programme for the Palestinian People.

40 - كما تُشَجَع الحكومات والمؤسسات المالية على التبرع بسخاء للصندوق الاستئماني للمياه ومرافق الصرف الصحي، ومرفق تحسين أحوال الأحياء الفقيرة، والصناديق الاستئمانية التقنية الأخرى، وذلك من أجل تمكين موئل الأمم المتحدة من تعبئة الاستثمار العام ورأس المال الخاص لصالح توفير المأوى والخدمات الأساسية.
