Without prejudice to the foregoing, the subscribing States adhere to the Declaration on International Cooperation in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for the Benefit and in the interest of All States, Taking into Particular Account the Needs of Developing Countries, adopted by the General Assembly in resolution 51/122, of 13 December 1996.
ودون الإخلال بما تقدم، تلتزم الدول الموقعة على المدونة بالإعلان الخاص بالتعاون الدولي في مجال استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه لفائدة جميع الدول ومصلحتها مع إيلاء اعتبار خاص لاحتياجات البلدان النامية الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة بموجب قرارها 51/122 المؤرخ 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1996.

The world cannot depend only on the willingness, capacity and interest of a select number of countries to mobilize and lead international efforts in this or that direction.
فلا يمكن للعالم أن يعـول فقـط علـى استعداد حفنة مختارة من البلدان وقدرتها ومصلحتها في أن تعبئ الجهود الدولية وتقودها في هذا الاتجاه أو ذاك.

Outer space is the common heritage of humankind and should be used, explored and used for the Benefit and interest of all humankind in a spirit of cooperation.
إن الفضاء الخارجي إرثٌ مشترك للبشرية ويتعين أن يستخدم، ويستغل في منفعة البشرية ومصلحتها بروح من التعاون.

The Code also confirms the commitment by subscribing States to the United Nations Declaration on International Cooperation in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for the Benefit and in the interest of All States.
وهذه المدونة تؤكد أيضا على التزام الدول المشاركة فيها، بإعلان الأمم المتحدة الخاص بالتعاون الدولي في مجال استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه لفائدة جميع الدول ومصلحتها.

15. ESA welcomed the adoption by the General Assembly, in its resolution 51/122 of 13 December 1996, of the Declaration on International Cooperation in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for the Benefit and in the interest of All States, Taking into Particular Account the Needs of Developing Countries, which clearly sets the conditions for international cooperation.
٥١ - وقد رحبت الايسا باعتماد الجمعية العامة ، في قرارها ١٥/٢٢١ المؤرخ ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ٦٩٩١ ، الاعلان الخاص بالتعاون الدولي في مجال استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه لفائدة جميع الدول ومصلحتها ، مع ايلاء اعتبار خاص لاحتياجات البلدان النامية ، الذي يبين شروط التعاون الدولي بيانا واضحا .

Those efforts culminated in 1996 in the adoption of the Declaration on International Cooperation in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for the Benefit and in the interest of All States, Taking into Particular Account the Needs of Developing Countries (General Assembly resolution 51/122, annex).
وتوجت تلك الجهود في عام ٦٩٩١ باعتماد الاعلان الخاص بالتعاون الدولي في مجال استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه لفائدة جميع الدول ومصلحتها مع ايلاء اعتبار خاص لاحتياجات البلدان النامية )قرار الجمعية العامة ١٥/٢٢١ ، المرفق( .

In its view, outer space is part of the common heritage of mankind and must be used, explored and utilized for peaceful purposes and for the Benefit and interest of all mankind in a spirit of cooperation.
وترى الجمهورية أن الفضاء الخارجي جزء من التراث المشترك للبشرية ويجب استعماله واستكشافه واستغلاله لأغراض سلمية ولمنفعة البشرية جمعاء ومصلحتها في جو من التعاون.

Consequently, in accordance with article 125, the rights and facilities of transit to the landlocked State ensure that it shall not in any way infringe upon the sovereignty and the legitimate interest of the transit State.

إن حق الدول كافةً في استكشاف واستغلال البيئة المشتركة الفريدة للفضاء الخارجي لمنفعة البشرية جمعاء ومصلحتها هو مبدأ قانوني يحظى بقبول العالم بأسره.
