417. The Committee recommends that the State party take effective measures to prevent and combat the sale, trafficking and abduction of children.

102. While some States have demonstrated a strong commitment to improving child participation in preventing and combating the sale and sexual exploitation of children, their capacity to act is sometimes hampered by political instability and limited resources.

The Committee encourages the State party to undertake regional and international judicial, police and victim-oriented cooperation activities with other States with a view to preventing and combating the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography and to provide more detailed information in the next report.
706- تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تقوم مع دول أخرى بأنشطة إقليمية ودولية في مجالات التعاون القضائي والأمني والموجه نحو الضحايا بغية منع ومكافحة بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية، وأن تُضمِّن تقريرها القادم معلومات إضافية مفصَّلة عن هذه الأنشطة.

32. The responses to the questionnaire indicate that numerous stakeholders, at all levels, have participated in initiatives to directly or indirectly prevent and combat the sale and exploitation of children during and after a natural disaster.
32- تبين الردود على الاستبيان أن جهات معنية متعددة على جميع المستويات شاركت في المبادرات الرامية بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة إلى منع ومكافحة بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم أثناء الكوارث الطبيعية وبعدها.

In this respect, the Special Rapporteur intends to support efforts by Member States to prevent and combat the sale and sexual exploitation of children and to increase visibility of their positive results and achievements with the aim of promoting their replication in other parts of the world.

117. In order to effectively prevent and combat the sale and sexual exploitation of children in the years ahead, the Special Rapporteur underlines the need to strengthen and develop comprehensive child rights strategies, building on:
117- وتوخياً للفعالية في منع ومكافحة بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم جنسياً في المستقبل، تشدد المقررة الخاصة على ضرورة وضع استراتيجيات شاملة لحقوق الطفل وتعزيز هذه الاستراتيجيات بالاستناد إلى ما يلي:

Reaffirms the essential value of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and of its implementation system at the national and international levels as a means to prevent and combat the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and the need to strengthen and ensure the effective implementation of the Convention;
٤- تعيد تأكيد القيمة اﻷساسية لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل ولنظام تنفيذها على المستويات الوطنية والدولية كوسيلة لمنع ومكافحة بيع اﻷطفال ودعارة اﻷطفال والتصوير اﻹباحي لﻷطفال والحاجة إلى تدعيم وضمان التنفيذ الفعال للاتفاقية؛
