10 - يدعو جميع الدول الأعضاء إلى أن تكفل تنقُّل جميع الأفراد بحرية وسرعة ودون عراقيل إلى السودان، وكذلك حركة المعدات والمـؤن والإمدادات وغيرها من السلع، بما فيها المركبات وقطع الغيار التي يكون استخدامها مقصورا على البعثة ومهامها الرسمية في دارفور؛
