(a) Implement appropriate action to provide for the safety and security of their respective personnel and their recognized dependants at the duty station;
(أ) تنفيذ الإجراءات المناسبة لكفالة سلامة وأمن موظفي المنظمة المعنية ومُعاليهم المستحقين في مركز العمل؛

(f) Ensure full and complete compliance by their personnel and their recognized dependants with all security-related instructions;
(و) كفالة امتثال موظفي المنظمة ومُعاليهم المستحقين امتثالا تاما لجميع التعليمات المتعلقة بالأمن؛

(i) On a regular basis, provide the designated official with updated lists of personnel and their recognized dependants in the country;
(ط) تزويد الموظف المكلف على أساس منتظم بقوائم مستكملة لجميع موظفي المنظمة ومُعاليهم المستحقين في البلد؛

All security officers, irrespective of their funding agency, will work in direct support of the designated official as the sole authority for safety and security of personnel employed by the organizations of the United Nations system and their eligible dependants within the country.
وجميع ضباط الأمن، بقطع النظر عن الوكالة التي تمولهم، سيعملون لتقديم الدعم المباشر للمسؤول المكلف بشؤون الأمن بوصفه السلطة الوحيدة في الأمور المتصلة بسلامة وأمن موظفي مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة ومُعاليهم المستحقين داخل البلد.

(b) Being responsible for the safety and security of personnel employed by their organizations at the duty station and their eligible dependants and for the implementation of the security plan;
(ب) الاضطلاع بمسؤولية سلامة وأمن موظفي مؤسساتهم ومُعاليهم المستحقين في مركز العمل ومسؤولية تنفيذ خطة الأمن؛

Objective of the Organization: To protect staff members of the United Nations system, associated personnel and eligible dependants at all duty stations.
هدف المنظمة: حماية موظفي منظومة الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها ومُعاليهم المستحقين في جميع مراكز العمل.

(d) Maintain lists of personnel employed by the organizations of the United Nations system and their recognized dependants at their location;
(د) الاحتفاظ بقوائم بالأفراد العاملين لدى مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة ومُعاليهم المستحقين في المواقع التي يعملون فيها؛

(l) Include in security arrangements at the duty station staff members of intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations that have signed a memorandum of understanding and their recognized dependants;
(ل) إدراج موظفي المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ومُعاليهم المستحقين في الترتيبات الأمنية في مركز العمل، حينما تكون تلك المنظمات قد وقَّعت مذكرة التفاهم؛

(q) Provide all United Nations personnel and their recognized dependants with information on specific measures they should take in relation to the security plan and ensure that all such personnel receive adequate and appropriate security training;
(ف) تزويد جميع موظفي الأمم المتحدة ومُعاليهم المستحقين بمعلومات عما ينبغي أن يتخذوه من تدابير محددة بخصوص الخطة الأمنية، وكفالة تلقي جميع هؤلاء الموظفين تدريبا أمنيا كافيا ومناسبا؛

(h) Develop contacts with national security agencies with a view to obtaining the best possible protection for personnel employed by the organizations of the United Nations system and their recognized dependants and their property;
(ح) إقامة اتصالات مع وكالات الأمن القومي بهدف الحصول على أفضل حماية ممكنة للموظفين العاملين في المؤسسات التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة ومُعاليهم المستحقين وممتلكاتهم؛

(e) Immediately report all security-related incidents involving United Nations staff and their recognized dependants to the designated official and the Department of Safety and Security;
(هـ) الإبلاغ الفوري عن كافة الحوادث الأمنية ذات الصلة التي تتعلق بموظفي الأمم المتحدة ومُعاليهم المستحقين إلى المسؤول المكلف وإلى إدارة شؤون السلامة والأمن في الأمم المتحدة؛

(a) Function as a channel of communication between the designated official and personnel employed by the organizations of the United Nations system and their recognized dependants and visitors staying at hotels in their zone;
(أ) العمل بمثابة قناة اتصال بين المسؤول المكلف والأفراد العاملين لدى المؤسسات التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة ومُعاليهم المستحقين والزوار المقيمين في الفنادق في المناطق التي يتولون مسؤوليتها؛

(i) Ensuring that the designated official is provided on a regular basis with updated lists of all personnel employed by the agency and their eligible dependants in the area;
(ط) كفالة تزويد الموظف المكلف بالأمن بانتظام بقوائم مستكملة بجميع موظفي الوكالة ومُعاليهم المستحقين في المنطقة؛

(b) Serving as principal adviser to the designated official and the security management team in the execution of responsibilities with regard to the security of personnel employed by organizations of the United Nations system and their eligible dependants and property;
(ب) القيام بدور المستشار الرئيسي للمسؤول المكلف بشؤون الأمن وفريق إدارة الأمن بالنسبة للاضطلاع بمسؤولياتهما فيما يتعلق بأمن موظفي مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة ومُعاليهم المستحقين وممتلكاتهم؛

(g) Developing good contacts with national law enforcement agencies, with a view to obtaining the best possible protection for personnel employed by organizations of the United Nations system and their eligible dependants and their property;
(ز) إقامة اتصالات جيدة مع الوكالات الوطنية لإنفاذ القوانين، بغية توفير أفضل حماية ممكنة لموظفي مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة ومُعاليهم المستحقين وممتلكاتهم؛

(i) Ensuring that all personnel employed by organizations of the United Nations system and their eligible dependants receive local security training as necessitated by changes in the security environment;
(ط) كفالة تلقي جميع موظفي مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة ومُعاليهم المستحقين تدريبا أمنيا محليا متى استلزمت ذلك تغيرات في البيئة الأمنية؛

(o) Maintain up-to-date instructions for personnel employed by the organizations of the United Nations system and their eligible dependants on precautions they should take in relation to the implementation of the security plan, including providing a comprehensive listing of emergency supplies they should have on hand and providing guidance on their behaviour during emergencies, including natural disasters and political crises;
(س) تقديم تعليمات مستحدثة إلى العاملين لدى المؤسسات التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة ومُعاليهم المستحقين بشأن الحيطة التي يجب اتخاذها فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ الخطة الأمنية، بما في ذلك تقديم قائمة شاملة بإمدادات الطوارئ التي يجب أن تكون في متناولهم وتوفير التوجيه بشأن سلوكهم أثناء حالات الطوارئ، بما فيها الكوارث الطبيعية والأزمات السياسية؛

Services provided by the Medical Section are extended to all MINUSTAH personnel, individual contractors and temporary workers and staff of United Nations agencies and eligible dependants.

In the area of safety and security in the South Litani River area, emphasis is placed on ensuring the safety and security of United Nations personnel, their eligible dependants and spouses.
