وتذهب المادة 29 من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل إلى أبعد من ذلك، إذ تنص على ضرورة أن ينمي التعليم عند الطفل احترام حقوق الإنسان وذوي الطفل وهويته الثقافية ولغته وقيمه الخاصة، والقيم الوطنية للبلد الذي يعيش فيه وبلد منشئه، والحضارات المختلفة عن حضارته.

According to the principles contained in article 29 (1) of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the education of the child shall be directed to " the development of respect for the child's parents, his or her own cultural identity, language and values, for the national values of the country in which the child is living, the country from which he or she may originate, and for civilizations different from his or her own. "

وتقضي المادة 29(ج) من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، بصورة خاصة، بأن يكون تعليم الطفل موجهاً نحو " تنمية احترام ذوي الطفل وهويته الثقافية ولغته وقيمه الخاصة، والقيم الوطنية للبلد الذي يعيش فيه الطفل والبلد الذي نشأ فيه في الأصل، والحضارات المختلفة عن حضارته " .

(b) To raise the standard of living in nomad society without affecting the way of life. " (art. 29 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child). In achieving that aim, it is vital to respect the natural environment, as well as human rights, freedoms and principles.
(ب) الارتقاء بمستوى حياة مجتمع الرحل دون المساس بنمط حياتهم " الحاجة إلى تعليم يُنَمّي مبدأ احترام أبوي الطفل وهويته الثقافية ولغته وقيمه " (المادة 29 من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل) وفي الوصول لهذا الهدف احترام البيئة الطبيعية واحترام حقوق الإنسان والحريات والمبادئ وبارتقاء مجتمع الرحل يتم تمكينهم من المشاركة في التنمية؛
