13. Recognizes the advances made through South-South cooperation in developing countries and regions in connection with food security and the development of agricultural production for the full realization of the right to food, and encourages States to increase such cooperation as a complement to North-South cooperation and to promote triangular cooperation further;
13- يُسلّم بالتقدم الذي أحرزته البلدان والأقاليم النامية بفضل التعاون بين الجنوب والجنوب فيما يتصل بتحقيق الأمن الغذائي وتطوير الإنتاج الزراعي من أجل إعمال الحق في الغذاء إعمالاً كاملاً، ويشجّع الدول على تكثيف هذا التعاون كتكملة للتعاون بين الشمال والجنوب وعلى زيادة تعزيز التعاون الثلاثي الأطراف؛

(a) Welcomes the immigration programmes, adopted by some countries, that allow migrants to integrate fully into the host countries, facilitate family reunification and promote a harmonious and tolerant environment, and encourages States to consider the possibility of adopting that type of programme;
(أ) يرحب ببرامج الهجرة التي اعتمدتها بعض البلدان والتي تمكّن المهاجرين من الاندماج في البلدان المضيفة اندماجاً كاملاً وتيسير جمع شمل الأسر وإيجاد بيئة يسودها الوئام والتسامح، ويشجّع الدول على النظر في إمكانية اعتماد هذه الأنواع من البرامج؛

12. 11. Acknowledges the efforts made in 2009 and 2010 by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to build State capacity through several regional training workshops on investigating and prosecuting the smuggling of migrants, and encourages States to support, as a priority, the continuation of such workshops;
11- ينوّه بالجهود التي بذلها مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة في عامي 2009 و2010 من أجل بناء قدرات الدول من خلال عقد عدّة حلقات عمل تدريبية إقليمية بشأن التحقيق في جرائم تهريب المهاجرين وملاحقة مرتكبيها، ويشجّع الدول على القيام، على سبيل الأولوية، بدعم مواصلة حلقات العمل تلك؛

6. Acknowledges the ongoing efforts made to develop an integrated programme approach comprising thematic and regional programmes for the fulfilment of the normative and technical assistance mandates of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, and encourages States parties to draw on technical assistance activities included in the Office's regional programmes to increase regional cooperation in combating transnational organized crime;
6- يقرّ بالجهود المبذولة حالياً لوضع نهج برنامجي متكامل يشمل برامج مواضيعية وإقليمية لتنفيذ ولايات مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة في مجال تقديم المساعدة المعيارية والتقنية، ويشجّع الدول الأطراف على الاستفادة من أنشطة المساعدة التقنية المتضمّنة في برامج المكتب الإقليمية لزيادة التعاون الإقليمي في مكافحة الجريمة المنظّمة عبر الوطنية؛

3. Recalls the 2011 - 2015 Strategy of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS, and encourages States to ensure its implementation, in accordance with their national contexts and priorities, in cooperation with relevant United Nations funds, programmes and specialized agencies and international and non-governmental organizations;
3- يشير إلى استراتيجية الفترة 2011-2015 لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة المشترك المعني بفيروس نقص المناعة البشري/الإيدز، ويشجّع الدول على ضمان تنفيذ هذه الاستراتيجية، وفقاً لسياقاتها وأولوياتها الوطنية، وبالتعاون مع الصناديق والبرامج والوكالات المتخصصة التابعة للأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية؛
