31 - يطلب من فريق الرصد أن يقوم، بعد إنجاز الاستعراض المبين في الفقرة 25 من القرار 1822 (2008)، بموافاة اللجنة سنويا بقائمة بأسماء الأفراد والكيانات المدرجين على القائمة الموحدة، والذين تفتقر البنود الخاصة بهم إلى بيانات تحديد الهوية اللازمة لكفالة التنفيذ الفعال للتدابير المفروضة عليهم، ويشير على اللجنة باستعراض هذه الأسماء للبت فيما إذا كان إدراجها في القائمة لا يزال ملائما؛

In that paragraph, the Council requests the Monitoring Team to " circulate ... annually a list of individuals and entities ... whose entries lack identifiers necessary to ensure effective implementation of the measures imposed upon them, and directs the Committee to review these listings to decide whether they remain appropriate " .

In that paragraph the Council " requests the Monitoring Team to circulate to the Committee every six months a list of individuals on the Consolidated List who are reportedly deceased, ... directs the Committee to review these listings to decide whether they remain appropriate, and encourages the Committee to remove listings of deceased individuals where credible information regarding death is available " .
