٥٦٤ - ويلاحظ مع القلق أن أحكام المادة ٤ من الاتفاقية لا يتجلى أثرها في تشريع البلاد الوطني، وتجدر اﻹشارة في هذا الصدد، إلى ضرورة تضمين التشريع الجنائي أحكاما محددة ضد اﻷفعال العنصرية.
