It is the hope of my delegation therefore that the Security Council will indeed take into account the views that will be expressed over the next two days.
ولذلك يأمل وفد بلدي أن يراعي مجلس الأمن بالفعل وجهات النظر التي سيعرب عنها خلال اليومين المقبلين.

Lastly, my delegation hopes that, as requested in the resolution and the Declaration, all States will implement these two texts in good faith and effectively.
أخيرا، يأمل وفد بلدي أن تنفذ جميع الدول، كما هو مطلوب في القرار واﻹعلان، هذين النصين بحسن نية وبشكل فعال.

In conclusion, my delegation hopes that at this session the Committee will again achieve fruitful results, and we wish the Committee every success.

We trust that its adoption by consensus will provide the firmest possible foundation for the initiation at Geneva of the new phase of negotiations, which my delegation hopes will be able to resolve outstanding issues and finalize the treaty without delay.
ونحن على ثقة بأن اعتماده بتوافق اﻵراء سيوفر أرسخ أساس للبدء بالمرحلة الجديدة من المفاوضات في جنيف، التي يأمل وفد بلدي أن تتمكن من حل المسائل المعلقة والانتهاء من وضع المعاهدة دونما تأخير.

It is for that purpose that my delegation hopes that this matter will be considered at the next meeting of States parties with a view to charting the way forward.

وفي هذا الصدد يأمل وفد بلدي في أن يحشد هذا الاجتماع الرفيع المستوى الإرادة السياسية لتنفيذ التدابير وتعزيز الشراكات على المستويات الوطني والإقليمي والدولي من أجل التغلب على جميع العقبات التي تعترض الحصول بشكل عام على العلاج، مع مراعاة احترام كرامة وحقوق الإنسان الأساسية.

In any event, my delegation hopes that the focus of the CD's work will turn straightaway to issues of moment of the kind that 1 have mentioned, demonstrating that governments are indeed intent on rising above the mere shaping of agendas of meetings and concentrating instead on real and immediate threats to international security.
وعلى أي حال، يأمل وفد بلدي في أن يركز عمل مؤتمر نزع السلاح مباشرة على قضايا الساعة من قبيل القضايا التي أشرت إليها، مبرزاً بذلك نية الحكومات الفعلية في أن تتجاوز مجرد شكل جداول أعمال الاجتماعات لتركز بدلا عن ذلك على الأخطار الحقيقية والفورية التي تتربص بالأمن الدولي.

Lastly, it is the hope of my delegation that the forthcoming elections in the occupied territories will take place as scheduled.
وأخيرا، يأمل وفد بلدي أن تجرى الانتخابات القادمة في اﻷراضي المحتلة في موعدها.

While these discussions and exchanges are not a substitute for the agreement and implementation of a programme of work, it is the hope of my delegation that by exchanging views in plenary session like today, we can bring the long overdue prospect of substantive negotiations closer.
ولا شك أن هذه المناقشات والآراء المتبادلة لا تُغني عن إبرام اتفاق وتنفيذ برنامج عمل، ولذلك يأمل وفد بلدي أن يعيننا تبادل الآراء في الجلسة العامة، كما حدث هذا اليوم، على تحقيق الأمل الذي طال انتظاره، وهو بدء المفاوضات الموضوعية في وقت قريب.
