4. Affirms once again its support for the aspirations of the peoples under colonial rule to exercise their right to self-determination, including independence, in accordance with relevant resolutions of the United Nations on decolonization;
4 - تؤكد مرة أخرى دعمها لتطلعات الشعوب الواقعة تحت الحكم الاستعماري في أن تمارس حقها في تقرير المصير، بما فيه الاستقلال، وفقا لما يتصل بالموضوع من قرارات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بإنهاء الاستعمار؛

4. Affirms once again its support for the aspirations of the peoples under colonial rule to exercise their right to self-determination, including independence, in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the United Nations on decolonization;
4 - تؤكد مرة أخرى دعمها لتطلعات الشعوب الواقعة تحت الحكم الاستعماري في أن تمارس حقها في تقرير المصير، بما فيه الاستقلال، وفقا لما يتصل بالموضوع من قرارات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بإنهاء الاستعمار؛

Given that manifestations of colonialism were incompatible with the ideals of peace, security and cooperation on the subcontinent, they had noted the necessity of a resumption of negotiations by both sides with a view to the timely settlement of the sovereignty dispute, bearing in mind the relevant resolutions of the United Nations and OAS.
ولما كانت مظاهر الاستعمار تتنافى ومثل السلام والأمن والتعاون في المنطقة دون القارية، فإنهم يشيرون إلى ضرورة استئناف الجانبين لمفاوضاتهما للوصول في الوقت المناسب إلى تسوية للنزاع على السيادة، مع مراعاة ما يتصل بالموضوع من قرارات الأمم المتحدة ومنظمة الدول الأمريكية.

This practice of politicizing and complicating the question of accreditation is inconsistent with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and contrary to the relevant resolutions on the issue of accreditation adopted by the General Assembly and the Commission on the Status of Women, and is thus detrimental to the smooth proceeding of the Conference.
وهذه الممارسة المتمثلة في إضفاء طابع سياسي على مسألة الاعتماد وتعقيدها تتنافى ومقاصــــد ومبادئ ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة وتتعارض مع ما يتصل بالموضوع من قرارات بشأن قضية الاعتماد اتخذتها الجمعية العامة ولجنة مركز المرأة. وبالتالي تضر بسير أعمال المؤتمر في يسر.
