4. urges Member States to take appropriate measures, consistent with their domestic legislation and legal frameworks, to reduce the demand for internationally trafficked timber and timber products from illegal logging;
4- يحثّ الدول الأعضاء على اتخاذ تدابير مناسبة تتّسق مع تشريعاتها الوطنية وأُطرها القانونية، من أجل خفض الطلب على المنتجات الخشبية المتأتِّية من قطع الأشجار بصورة غير مشروعة والمتجر بها دوليا؛

Lastly, he urged Member States to commit resources, to bridge the gaps in funding for the Conference.

3- يحثّ الدول الأعضاء على أن تعتمد تدابير وقائية، عند الضرورة، وكذلك أن تعيد النظر في تشريعاتها الجنائية بهدف ضمان معاقبة الجرائم المتعلقة بالاتجار بأنواع النباتات والحيوانات البرية الخاضعة للحماية بعقوبات مناسبة تضع في الحسبان الطابع الخطير التي تتسم به تلك الجرائم؛

3. urges Member States to adopt preventive measures, where necessary, as well as to review their criminal legislation with a view to ensuring that offences relating to trafficking in protected species of wild flora and fauna are punishable by appropriate penalties that take into account the serious nature of those offences;
3 - يحثّ الدول الأعضاء على أن تعتمد تدابير وقائية، عند الضرورة، وكذلك أن تعيد النظر في تشريعاتها الجنائية بهدف ضمان معاقبة الجرائم المتعلقة بالاتجار بأنواع النباتات والحيوانات البرية الخاضعة للحماية بعقوبات مناسبة تضع في الحسبان الطابع الخطير الذي تتسم به تلك الجرائم؛

1. urges Member States to pay particular attention to the issue of child justice and to take into consideration applicable United Nations standards and norms for the treatment of children in conflict with the law, particularly those deprived of their liberty, taking into account also the gender, social circumstances and development needs of such children;
1- يحثّ الدول الأعضاء على إيلاء مسألة قضاء الأطفال اهتماما خاصا ومراعاة معايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها السارية فيما يخص معاملة الأطفال المخالفين للقانون، وخاصة الأطفال المحرومين من حرّيتهم، وكذلك نوع جنس أولئك الأطفال وظروفهم الاجتماعية ومتطلبات نموهم؛

5- يحثّ الدول الأعضاء على اتباع نهج شامل في مكافحة الاتجار بالأشخاص، يتضمّن جهودا لإنفاذ القانون وحماية الضحايا واتخاذ تدابير وقائية، بما فيها تدابير ضد الأنشطة التي تتوخى الربح من استغلال ضحايا الاتجار، ويتضمّن، عند الاقتضاء، مصادرة عائدات الاتجار وحجزها؛

10. urges Member States to consider, among other effective measures, in accordance with their national legal systems, addressing different forms and manifestations of transnational organized crime that have a significant impact on the environment, including illicit trafficking in endangered species of wild fauna and flora;
10- يحثّ الدول الأعضاء على النظر، ضمن جملة تدابير فعَّالة أخرى، ووفقا لنظمها القانونية الوطنية، في التصدِّي لمختلف أشكال ومظاهر الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية التي لها تأثير شديد على البيئة، بما فيها الاتجار غير المشروع بالأنواع المهدَّدة بالانقراض من الحيوانات والنباتات البرية؛

10. urges Member States to consider the early signing and ratifying of the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism,55 and requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, upon request, to promote in the course of its technical assistance activities the speedy ratification and full implementation of that Convention;
10 - يحثّ الدول الأعضاء على النظر في التبكير بالتوقيع والتصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لقمع أعمال الإرهاب النووي(55)، ويطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يقوم في سياق أنشطته الخاصة بالمساعدة التقنية، عند الطلب، بالترويج للإسراع بالتصديق على تلك الاتفاقية ولتنفيذها تنفيذا تاما؛

He urged Member States to make voluntary contributions to the Trust Fund in support of the Programme's various activities.
وقال إنه يحثّ الدول الأعضاء على أن تقدّم إسهامات طوعيةتبرعات إلى الصندوق الاستئماني من أجل دعم الأنشطة المختلفة للبرنامج.
