each High Contracting Party has the right to seek and receive assistance, where appropriate, from another High Contracting Party, in dealing with the problems posed by existing explosive remnants of war.
1- يحق لكل طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية طلب المساعدة وتلقيها، حيثما كان ذلك مناسباً، من طرف آخر من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية، في التعامل مع المشاكل التي تثيرها المتفجرات الموجودة من مخلفات الحرب.

1- يحق لكل طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية طلب المساعدة وتلقيها، حيثما كان ذلك مناسباً، من طرف آخر من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية ومن الدول غير الأطراف ومن المنظمات والمؤسسات الدولية، في التعامل مع المشاكل التي تثيرها المتفجرات الموجودة من مخلفات الحرب.
