(a) A staff member shall be entitled to maternity leave in accordance with the following provisions:
(أ) يحق للموظف الحصول على إجازة أمومة وفقا للأحكام التالية:

terminating staff are entitled to be paid for any unused leave days they may have accrued up to a maximum limit of 60 days.
يحق للموظف الذي يترك الخدمة أن يتقاضى تعويضاً عن أي أيام من إجازته تكون قد تراكمت دون أن يستهلكها، وذلك بحد أقصى قدره 60 يوماً.

The weight or volume of any shipment under this subparagraph shall be deducted from the maximum weight or volume to which the staff member is entitled under paragraph 4 below.
ويُخصم وزن أو حجم أية شحنة ترد في هذه الفقرة الفرعية من الحد الأقصى للوزن أو الحجم الذي يحق للموظف نقله بموجب الفقرة 4 أدناه.

Thereafter, a staff member has the right to appeal the reviewed decision to the United Nations Administrative Tribunal.
عقب ذلك، يحق للموظف الطعن أمام المحكمة الإدارية للأمم المتحدة في القرار الذي أعيد النظر فيه.

(iii) “Home country” shall mean the country of home leave entitlement under rule 105.3 or such other country as the Secretary-General may determine;

(ii) Upon separation from service, from the official duty station to any one place to which the staff member is entitled to be returned in accordance with the provisions of rule 107.1;
' ٢ ' عند انتهاء الخدمة، من مركز العمل الرسمي إلى أي مكان واحد يحق للموظف أن يعاد إليه وفقا ﻷحكام القاعدة ٧٠١/١؛

Thereafter, a staff member had the right to appeal the reviewed decision to the United Nations Administrative Tribunal

ولا يحق للموظف أن يتقاضى بدلات واستحقاقات في مكان الوظيفة عن أفراد اﻷسرة الذين يدفع له هذا البدل بشأنهم.

A male civil servant or male married to a woman civil servant is not entitled to a parental benefit.
ولا يحق للموظف في الخدمة المدنية أو الذكر المتزوج من موظفة في الخدمة المدنية أن يتلقى علاوة أبوة.

When the agreed period is over, the employee is entitled to resume his or her former working hours.
وعند انتهاء المدة المتفق عليها، يحق للموظف العودة إلى ساعات عمله السابقة.

361. During the absence from work, the employee has the right to wage compensation, in accordance with the regulations on social care of children.
