Pursuant to Council resolution 6/30, the attention of the Council is drawn to the report of the Secretary-General transmitting the joint workplan of the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN-Women) and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights prepared pursuant to resolution 39/5 of the Commission on the Status of Women and resolution 1997/43 of the Commission on Human Rights.
