ووجَّه الرئيس، باسم المجلس، دعوة في إطار المادة 39 من النظام الداخلي المؤقت، إلى المراقب الدائم لجامعة الدول العربية لدى الأمم المتحدة، سعادة السيد يحيى محمصاني.

Also participating at the meeting, among others, were the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Transitional Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Mr. Ali Ahmed Jama Jengeli; the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway, H.E. Mr. Jonas Gahr Støre and the Permanent Observer for the League of Arab States to the United Nations, H.E. Mr. Yahya Mahmassani.

I have the honour to request you to allow, pursuant to rule 39 of the provisional rules of procedure, His Excellency Mr. Yahya Mahmassani to participate in the public debate on the Palestinian question, which is to be held in the Security Council on Thursday, 21 July 2005.
عملا بالمادة 39 من النظام الداخلي المؤقت للمجلس، أتشرف بأن أطلب أن يوجه مجلس الأمن الدعوة إلى سعادة السيد يحيى محمصاني للاشتراك في المناقشة المفتوحة في مجلس الأمن، يوم الخميس 21 تموز/يوليه بشأن القضية الفلسطينية.

In response to the request contained in a letter dated 20 July 2005 from the Permanent Representative of Algeria to the United Nations (S/2005/471), the President, with the consent of the Council, extended an invitation under rule 39 of the Council's provisional rules of procedure to Yahya Mahmassani, Permanent Observer of the League of Arab States to the United Nations.
وبناء على الطلب الوارد في الرسالة المؤرخة 20 تموز/يوليه 2005 الموجهة من الممثل الدائم للجزائر لدى الأمم المتحدة، (S/2005/471) وجه الرئيس، بموافقة المجلس، ووفقا للمادة 39 من النظام الداخلي المؤقت للمجلس، الدعوة إلى يحيى محمصاني ، المراقب الدائم عن جامعة الدول العربية لدى الأمم المتحدة.
