٨ - يدعو البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية الى أن تدرج في طلباتها التماسا للمساعدة من برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي، وخاصة كجزء من إطار برنامجها الوطني، مشاريع و/أو عناصر بشأن منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، بقصد الارتقاء بمستوى القدرة المؤسسية الوطنية والدراية الفنية في هذا الميدان؛

٩ - يدعو البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية أن تدرج في طلباتها المقدمة التماسا للمساعدة من برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي، وخصوصا كجزء من إطار برامجه القطرية، مشاريع و/أو عناصر تتعلق بمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، بغية تدعيم القدرة المؤسسية الوطنية والدراية الفنية والتعليم المستمر في ذلك الميدان؛

149. invites developing country Parties to report on progress made and measures taken in implementing and improving their enabling environments to build national capacity for mitigation and adaptation, and to include the needs relevant to enhancing the progress made on such measures in their communications on capacity-building priorities;
