18. Consequent upon the Opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation and bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
18- وبناءً على الرأي الصادر يرجو الفريق العامل من الحكومة أن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لتصحيح الوضع لكي يتفق مع المعايير والمبادئ المعروضة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

18. In view of the adverse effect of this wrongful arrest and detention on Mr. Al Qarni and his family, the Working Group requests the Government of Saudi Arabia to ensure appropriate reparation.
18- وفي ضوء الأضرار التي لحقت بالسيد القرني وأسرته نتيجة اعتقاله واحتجازه بصورة غير قانونية، يرجو الفريق العامل من حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية ضمان تقديم التعويض المناسب.

20. Lastly, the Working Group requests the Government to cooperate more fully with it in the future, in keeping with the resolutions of the Human Rights Council.
20- وأخيراً، يرجو الفريق العامل من الحكومة أن تحسن من تعاونها معه في المستقبل وفقاً لما تدعو إليه قرارات مجلس حقوق الإنسان.

13. Consequently, the Working Group requests the Government to take all necessary steps to implement its recommendations made after its visit to China, in particular the recommendation that reeducation through labour should not be applied to individuals who have merely peacefully exercised their right to freedom of opinion and expression.
13- وبالتالي، يرجو الفريق العامل من الحكومة أن تتخذ كل الخطوات اللازمة لتنفيذ توصياته التي قدمها بعد زيارته إلى الصين، وخاصة التوصية بعدم تطبيق إعادة التأهيل عن طريق العمل على الأفراد الذين قاموا بمجرد ممارسة حقهم في حرية الرأي والتعبير.

12. In the light of this opinion, the Working Group requests the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation, in accordance with the provisions of article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and to consider amending its legislation so as to bring it into conformity with the relevant standards of international law accepted by the State.
12- وفي ضوء هذا الرأي، يرجو الفريق العامل من الحكومة أن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لتصحيح الحالة وفقاً لأحكام المادة 19 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، وأن تنظر في تعديل تشريعاتها لتتفق مع معايير القانون الدولي ذات الصلة التي قبلتها الدولة.

Consequent upon the decision of the Working Group declaring the detention of the above-mentioned persons to be arbitrary, the Working Group requests the Government of Egypt to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation in order to bring it into conformity with the provisions and principles incorporated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
٩- ونتيجة لقرار الفريق العامل الذي يعلن فيه أن احتجاز اﻷشخاص المذكورين أعلاه احتجاز تعسفي يرجو الفريق العامل من الحكومة المصرية أن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لتصحيح الحالة لكي تتفق مع اﻷحكام والمبادئ المجسدة في اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

Consequent upon the decision of the Working Group declaring the detention of Yang Kyu-hun to be arbitrary, the Working Group requests the Government of the Republic of Korea to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation in order to bring it into conformity with the provisions and principles incorporated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Consequent upon the decision of the Working Group declaring the detention of Ibrahim Aksoy to be arbitrary, the Working Group requests the Government of Turkey to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation in order to bring it into conformity with the provisions and principles incorporated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
١١- ونتيجة لمقرر الفريق العامل الذي يعلن فيه أن احتجاز ابراهيم آكسوي هو احتجاز تعسفي، يرجو الفريق العامل من حكومة تركيا اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لمعالجة الوضع بغية تقيده باﻷحكام والمبادئ الواردة في اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان.

Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of Giorgi Mshvenieradze in order to bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and to prevent the occurence of similar limitations of citizens' civic rights.
11- وبناء على هذا الرأي يرجو الفريق العامل من الحكومة أن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لتصحيح وضع السيد جيورجي ميشفينيرادزي، وفقاً للمعايير والمبادئ الواردة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of the above petitioners and bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
54- ووفقاً للرأي أعلاه، يرجو الفريق العامل من الحكومة أن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لإصلاح حالة مقدِّمي الشكوى المشار إليهم أعلاه، وجعلها تتمشى مع المعايير والمبادئ المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.
