The Conference should encourage States parties to ensure the full implementation of firearms legislation by, inter alia, placing priority on the investigation, prosecution and adjudication of firearms-related criminal cases.
23- ينبغي للمؤتمر أن يشجّع الدول الأطراف على ضمان التنفيذ الكامل لتشريعات الأسلحة النارية وذلك بطرائق منها إسناد الأولوية للتحقيق في القضايا الجنائية المتعلقة بالأسلحة النارية وإحالتها إلى القضاء واستصدار الأحكام بشأنها.

(c) encourages States parties to make greater use of the Convention as a legal basis for international cooperation in extradition and mutual legal assistance, recognizing the broad scope of cooperation available under the Convention;
(ج) يشجّع الدول الأطراف على استعمال الاتفاقية استعمالا أكبر كأساس قانوني للتعاون الدولي في مجال تسليم المجرمين والمساعدة القانونية المتبادلة، مسلّما بالنطاق الواسع من التعاون المتاح بمقتضى الاتفاقية؛

(w) encourages States parties to provide the secretariat with data concerning their reliance on provisions of the Convention and its Protocols to effect extradition, mutual legal assistance or other forms of international legal cooperation, including the examples referred to in paragraph (v) above;
(ث) يشجّع الدول الأطراف على تزويد الأمانة بالبيانات الخاصة باستنادها إلى أحكام الاتفاقية وبروتوكولاتها في إنفاذ تسليم المطلوبين، والمساعدة القانونية المتبادلة، أو الأشكال الأخرى من التعاون القانوني الدولي، بما في ذلك الأمثلة المشار إليها في الفقرة (ت) أعلاه؛

11. encourages States parties to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, in preparing their reports for the Committee on the Rights of the Child, to take into account this issue and to consider requesting technical advice and assistance for initiatives aimed at improving the situation of children living and/or working on the street, in accordance with article 45 of the Convention;
11- يشجّع الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حقوق الطفل على أن تضع في اعتبارها هذا الموضوع عند إعداد تقاريرها الموجهة إلى لجنة حقوق الطفل، وأن تنظر في طلب المشورة والمساعدة في المجال التقني في سياق المبادرات الرامية إلى تحسين حالة الأطفال الذين يعيشون و/أو يعملون في الشوارع، وفقاً للمادة 45 من الاتفاقية؛

The UNODC In-depth Training Manual on Investigating and Prosecuting the Smuggling of Migrants builds on the Basic Training Manual on Investigating and Prosecuting the Smuggling of Migrants to promote common understanding of relevant concepts and encourages States parties to adopt a mutually reinforcing approach in their responses to the transnational organized crime of smuggling of migrants.
يستند دليل التدريب المتعمّق على التحقيق في جرائم تهريب المهاجرين وملاحقة مرتكبيها قضائياً، الذي أعدَّه مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة، إلى دليل التدريب الأساسي على التحقيق في جرائم تهريب المهاجرين والملاحقة القضائية لمرتكبيها، وذلك من أجل تعزيز الفهم المشترك للمفاهيم ذات الصلة، وهو يشجّع الدول الأطراف على اعتماد نهج تعاضدي في تصدّيها لجريمة تهريب المهاجرين المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية.

(d) encourages States parties to utilize the Convention and the Protocols thereto when other bases for cooperation, such as bilateral agreements and domestic law, do not provide for effective extradition, mutual legal assistance and international cooperation for the purposes of confiscation;
(د) يشجّع الدول الأطراف على استعمال الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها عندما لا تنص أسس تعاون أخرى، كالاتفاقات الثنائية والقانون الداخلي، على تدابير فعالة لتسليم المجرمين والمساعدة القانونية المتبادلة والتعاون الدولي لأغراض المصادرة؛

(e) encourages States parties, where appropriate, to promote awareness of the Convention among central authorities, judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers and Interpol national central bureau officers engaged in international legal cooperation in the fight against transnational organized crime;
(ﻫ) يشجّع الدول الأطراف على أن تعمل، كلما كان ذلك مناسبا، على التوعية بالاتفاقية في أوساط السلطات المركزية والقضاة والمدّعين العامين والموظفين المعنيين بإنفاذ القانون وموظفي المكاتب المركزية الوطنية التابعة للإنتربول العاملين في مجال التعاون القانوني الدولي على مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية؛

5. encourages States parties to consider analysing, in consultation with scientific and academic communities where appropriate, and the relevant intergovernmental organizations, trends and the circumstances in which criminal offences against cultural property are committed in their territories, consistent with article 28 of the Convention, as well as considering the modi operandi, professional groups and technologies involved in such offences;
5- يشجّع الدول الأطراف على النظر في القيام، بالتشاور مع الأوساط العلمية والأكاديمية، عند الاقتضاء، ومع المنظمات غير الحكومية ذات الصلة، بتحليل اتجاهات الجرائم المرتكبة ضد الممتلكات الثقافية في أقاليمها وملابسات ارتكاب تلك الجرائم، اتّساقاً مع أحكام المادة 28 من الاتفاقية، وكذلك النظر في أساليب عمل الجماعات المحترفة الضالعة في تلك الجرائم والتكنولوجيات المستخدَمة في ارتكابها؛

The Conference may wish to encourage States parties to initiate preparations for their own reviews well in advance and request assistance from the secretariat for the completion of responses to the self-assessment checklist, where appropriate.
90- ولعلّ المؤتمر يود أن يشجّع الدول الأطراف على أن تشرع في أعمال التحضير للاستعراضات الخاصة بها قبل إجرائها بفترة مناسبة وأن تطلب المساعدة من الأمانة لاستيفاء ردها على قائمة التقييم الذاتي عند الاقتضاء.
