Without prejudice to any question as to burden of proof, the Parties shall request the Court to authorize the following procedure with regard to the written pleadings:

٣ - يطلب الطرفان من برلمان الجمهورية سن أو تعديل التشريعات العادية، حسب اللزوم، لمواءمتها مع ما اتفق عليه الطرفان في اتفاقات السلم ومع التعديلات الدستورية الواردة في هذا الاتفاق؛ وأن يوافق كذلك، إذا لزم اﻷمر، على غير ذلك من التعديلات الدستورية أو القانونية اللازمة لﻹبقاء على انسجام تلك التشريعات وتطابقها مع التعديلات المقترحة من الطرفين.

ومع أخذ ما سبق في الاعتبار بغية إتاحة وزع القوة الدولية المحايدة فور توقيع اتفاق السلم، يطلب الطرفان الى أمين عام منظمة اﻷمم المتحدة أن يوفد، في أقرب فرصة ممكنة، بعثة استطلاعية الى رواندا لتقييم جميع احتياجات القوة الدولية المحايدة.

the Parties shall request that the case be heard and determined by a chamber of the Court, composed of NUMBER persons and to be constituted after consultation with the Parties, pursuant to Article 26 and Article 31 of the Statute of the Court.
