12. In its resolution 15/21, the Human Rights Council calls upon States to respect and fully protect the rights of all individuals to assemble peacefully and associate freely, including in the context of elections.

The Group recommends that the Security Council request Member States to inform companies operating under their territories of the obligation to notify the Sanctions Committee of the provision of assistance to FARDC, and ensure greater oversight in the implementation of the notification procedure regarding provision of military assistance by private entities and individuals.
ويوصي الفريق بأن يطلب مجلس الأمن من الدول الأعضاء أن تبلغ الشركات التي تعمل في أراضيها بأنها ملزمة بإخطار لجنة الجزاءات بأي مساعدات تقدمها إلى القوات المسلحة لجمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، وأن تكفل زيادة الرقابة على تنفيذ إجراء الإخطار فيما يتعلق بتقديم كيانات خاصة وأفراد مساعدات عسكرية.

46. The Committee recommends that the Security Council request that another comprehensive review of the Executive Directorate be prepared by the Counter-Terrorism Committee by 31 December 2006.

Proposes that the Human Rights Council request the Expert Mechanism to undertake, with the assistance of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, a questionnaire to seek the views of indigenous peoples regarding the measures and strategies that they may undertake to attain the goals of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples within their communities and Nations.

I therefore recommend that the Security Council request the African Union to maintain the deployment of AMISOM in Somalia, and to increase its force strength from the current mandated strength of 12,000 to 17,731 uniformed personnel, thereby enhancing its ability to carry out its mandate.

115.
