12. calls upon the parties to ensure that the maximum possible number of soldiers are trained for the new Mozambican Defence Force before the elections take place and also calls upon the Government of Mozambique to provide logistical and technical support for the formation of the new Mozambican Defence Force, including regular remuneration for the troops and to begin the transfer of central defence facilities to its command;

2. To request Parties to provide the TEAP, through the Ozone Secretariat, with the relevant information resulting from the review undertaken in accordance with paragraph 1, that should include:
