If a High Contracting Party believes that it will be unable to clear and destroy the cluster munition remnants referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article within that time period, it may submit to a Conference of High Contracting Parties a notification that it intends to extend the deadline for completing the clearance and destruction of such cluster munition remnants, by a period of up to five years.
6- إذا قَدَّر طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية أنه لن يتمكن من إزالة مخلفات الذخائر العنقودية المشار إليها في الفقرتين 2 من هذه المادة أو تدميرها في غضون المدة الزمنية المطلوبة، جاز له أن يقدم إلى مؤتمر للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية طلباً لتأجيل الموعد النهائي لإتمام عملية إزالة مخلفات الذخائر العنقودية هذه وتدميرها لمدة تصل إلى خمس سنوات.

19. An interim statement of accounts for the first year of the financial period shall be provided to the Conference of the Parties during the second year of the period, and a final audited statement of accounts for the full financial period shall be provided to the Conference of the Parties as soon as possible after the accounts for the financial period are closed.
٩١- يقدم إلى مؤتمر اﻷطراف خلال السنة الثانية من الفترة المالية بيان مؤقت بالحسابات يشمل السنة اﻷولى من تلك الفترة؛ وفي أسرع وقت بعد تقفيل حسابات الفترة المالية، يُقدم الى مؤتمر اﻷطراف بيان نهائي بالحسابات المراجعة يشمل كامل الفترة المالية.

7. Requests the Executive Secretary to report to the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth session on the implementation of this decision.
7- يطلب إلى الأمين التنفيذي أن يقدم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثانية عشرة تقريراً عن تنفيذ هذا المقرر.
