1. decides to amend article 13 quater of the Statute of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and to replace that article with the provisions set out in the annex to this resolution;
1 - يقرر تعديل المادة 13 مكررا رابعا من النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والاستعاضة عن هذه المادة بالأحكام الواردة في مرفق هذا القرار؛

1 - يقرر تعديل المادة 12 من النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والاستعاضة عن تلك المادة بالأحكام المبينة في المرفق الأول من هذا القرار؛

decides to amend article V (5) of the statute of the International Research and Training Institute for the Advancement of Women, with regard to the approval of focal points, to read:
" 10 - يقرر تعديل المادة الخامسة (5) من النظام الأساسي للمعهد فيما يتعلق بإقرار جهات التنسيق، بحيث يكون نصها كالتالي:

1. decides to amend article 13 ter of the Statute of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and to replace that article with the provision set out in the annex to this resolution;

8. decides to amend article 15 of the Statute of the International Tribunal for Rwanda and to replace that Article with the provision set out in Annex I to this resolution, and requests the Secretary-General to nominate a person to be the Prosecutor of the ICTR;
8 - يقرر تعديل المادة 15 من النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا والاستعاضة عن تلك المادة بحكم مبين في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار، ويطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يرشح شخصا لشغل منصب المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا؛

4. decides to amend article III of the statute of the International Research and Training Institute for the Advancement of Women in order to replace the Board of Trustees with an Executive Board: article III, paragraphs 1, 2, 2 (a), 2 (b), 3 (c) and 4 to be replaced and 3 (e) added, as follows:
4 - يقرر تعديل المادة 3 من النظام الأساسي للمعهد الدولي للبحث والتدريب من أجل النهوض بالمرأة() كي يحل محل مجلس الإدارة مجلس تنفيذي: المادة 3، الفقرات 1 و 2 و 2 (أ) و 2 (ب) و 3 (ج) و 4 يستعاض عنها، والمادة 3 (ه) تضاف على النحو التالي:
