' ٤ ' يكون التعويض في شكل اجازة تعويضية تساوي مدتها مدة العمل الاضافي الزائد عن يوم العمل المقرر حتى يصل المجموع الى ثماني ساعات عمل في اليوم نفسه.

(vi) Compensation shall take the form of an additional payment for overtime in excess of a total of eight hours of work of any day of the scheduled work week, or when it takes place on the sixth or seventh day of the scheduled work week.
`6 ' يكون التعويض في شكل مبلغ إضافي يدفع عن العمل الإضافي إذا زاد المجموع على ثماني ساعات عمل في أي يوم من أيام أسبوع العمل المقرر، أو إذا حدث العمل الإضافي في اليوم السادس أو اليوم السابع من أسبوع العمل المقرر.

' ٥ ' يكون التعويض في شكل مبلغ اضافي يدفع عن العمل اﻹضافي اذا زاد المجموع عن ثماني ساعات عمل في أي يوم من أيام أسبوع العمل المقرر، أو عندما يؤدى العمل الاضافي في اليوم السادس أو اليوم السابع من أسبوع العمل المقرر؛

' ٤` يكون التعويض في شكل إجازة تعويضية تساوي مدتها مدة العمل اﻹضافي الزائد عن يوم العمل المقرر حتى يصل المجموع إلى ثماني ساعات عمل في اليوم نفسه، ويجوز، تبعا لمقتضيات العمل، منح هذه اﻹجازة التعويضية في أي وقت خلال اﻷشهر اﻷربعة التالية للشهر الذي تم فيه العمل اﻹضافي.
