In that regard, her delegation noted with regret the uncontrolled use of the media and the Internet to advocate the supremacy of certain races or ethnic groups and to disseminate ideas which, by attacking the principle of the equality of all human beings, constituted abuse of the right to freedom of expression.
وذكرت في هذا الصدد أن وفدها يلاحظ مع اﻷسف استخدام وسائل اﻹعلام واﻹنترنت دون رقيب في الدعوة الى تفوق بعض اﻷجناس أو الجماعات اﻹثنية وفي نشر اﻷفكار التي تهاجم مبدأ المساواة بين جميع البشر وتمثل من ثم سوء استعمال لحق حرية التعبير.

While the initiatives for the expansion of its membership have finally resulted in an agreement to include 23 more States, it should be noted with regret that, first, the date of this limited expansion remains in the uncertain future and, secondly, the situation of 12 other candidates, including Slovenia, is left unclear.
ففي حين أن المبادرات الرامية الى توسيع عضويته قد أسفرت في نهاية المطاف عن اتفاق على ضم ثلاث وعشرين دولة أخرى الى المؤتمر، فينبغي أن يلاحظ مع اﻷسف: أولا، أن تاريخ هذا التوسيع المحدود مازال في طي المستقبل المجهول؛ وثانيا، فمازالت حالة اثنتي عشرة دولة أخرى مرشحة للعضوية، ومنها سلوفينيا، غير واضحة.

It therefore noted with regret that various measures designed to achieve the savings provided for in General Assembly resolution 50/214 were incompatible with those objectives.
ولذلك فإن وفدها يلاحظ مع اﻷسف بأن التدابير المختلفة التي تهدف إلى تحقيق الوفورات المنصوص عليها في قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/٢١٤ لا تتفق وهذه اﻷهداف.

24. His delegation noted with regret that paragraphs 30, 38 and 48 and annex I./3 of document A/50/571 failed to reflect the fact that Nagorny Karabakh was an integral part of the Azerbaijani Republic, whereas in the same report in a similar context Abkhazia and South Ossetia were clearly identified as parts of the Republic of Georgia.
٢٤ - وقال إن وفده يلاحظ مع اﻷسف أن الفقرات ٣٣ و ٣٨ و ٤٨ من المرفق اﻷول/٣ من الوثيقة (A/50/571) لا تعكس حقيقة كون ناغورني كاراباخ جزءا لا يتجزأ من جمهورية أذربيجان. في حين أن نفس التقرير يشير بوضوح في سياق مماثل إلى أن أبخازيا وجنوب اوسيتيا جزء من جمهورية جورجيا.

It therefore noted with regret that a number of delegations which had supported the merging of draft decision A/C.1/48/L.4 and draft resolution A/C.1/48/L.28 also supported draft resolution A/C.1/48/L.38/Rev.1, in which some of the earlier gains had been lost.
ولذلك فالوفد يلاحظ مع اﻷسف أن عددا من الوفود أيد دمج مشروع المقرر A/C.1/48/L.4 ومشروع القرار A/C.1/48/L.28 ولكنه أيد كذلك مشروع القرار A/C.1/48/L.38/Rev.1، الذي ضاعت منه بعض المكاسب المحققة في السابق.

٧١ - وبخصوص مسألة التكامل قال انه سوف يقبل المادة ٥١ بيد أنه يلاحظ مع اﻷسف ، أن هذه المادة اذا قورنت بالمادة ٦١ ، فان المحكمة سوف يضعف تأثيرها ، حيث انها ستجعل اثبات استنفاد سبل الرجوع المحلية قد استنفدت شرطا أساسيا مسبقا .
